Responsibilities :
1. Assist customer service team in day-to-day operation
2. Prepare wip status, cycletime and shipping information
3. Prepare and calculate monthly billing information
4. Assist Customer service team in administration work
5. Preparation to handle customer account in future


Requirement :
1 Male or Female
2 Diploma or above
3 Relevant working experience is prefer
4 Able to communicate and build up rapport with customers
5 Ability to work under pressure
6 Ability to work in a very dynamic environment
7 Good English skills
8 Male/Female; Outgoing and self-starting personality
