岗位职责:

1. Ethics Compliance 10%
--Monitor and ensure all store and HQ employee get ethics online training and accomplish compliance tasks timely
--Push forward the compliance of trade and non-trade suppliers.
--Review daily post of compliance Wechat Public Account and the draft of key articles.
--Chair and push any compliance related company activities and conference presentations.
2. Store Loss Prevention 20%
-- Monitor store auditors accomplish routine store audits and ensure timely follow-up of remediation.
--Lead, evaluate and summarize annual or necessary store control updates and relevant trainings
--Monitor semi-yearly store stock take
--Internal control consultant role in any store new SOP or system development
--New or renovation store surveillance camera installation arrangement
--Experience of successful establishing data analysis system based on POS and other store sales data to detect store frauds is favored. --Experience of company business secret protection enhancement and the P. R.C. CSL compliance is favored.
3. Internal Control (Process Review) 30%
--Follow-up remediation of reviewed processes
--Extensive in-depth review of high risk processes
--Educate and keep internal control mindset of process owners to ensure standardization of control activities
4. Internal Audit 30%
--Establish audit program to test continuous control effectiveness of high risk cycles
--Liaison with 3rd party auditors to conduct store construction cost audit
--Interim audit in supplier background check, tendering and bidding phase of key projects
--Experience of IT audit is favored
--Experience of garment quality assurance related audit is favored
--Experience of garment OEM production cost audit is greatly favored
5. Anti-fraud Investigation10%
--Whistle blow related policy enhancement (whistle blower protection, reward and punishment waiver policies etc.)
--Daily handling of whistleblower channels (hotline, mailbox and Wechat Public Account)
--Investigation, interview with the witnesses or whistle blowed employees to get the truth
--Provide evidence and support to ensure low-risk employment termination
--Experience of working with external juristically forces, lawyers and internal colleague to settle serious bribery, embezzlement, theft cases is greatly favored.
