Responsibilities：

1.负责制定计量管理制度、工作计划，并组织实施；

Define the calibration management procedure, make the planning and organize&implement the calibartion accordingly

2.操作并维护计量台账系统，按期及时整理有关计量报告。

Maintain and manage the calibration RMS system. Evalute and archive all calibration reports

3.编制计量器具、计量仪表的使用方案和指导书；

Define the working instruction of the measurement tools.

4.负责建立公司内部计量标准，并开展计量器具的检定和校准 （内校）；

Implement internal calibration according to standards.

5.确认计量单位的资质的计量的范围。

Evaluate the qualification and scope of the calibration institutes

6.负责生产经营全过程日常计量工作和计量检测数据的管理工作；

Responsible for the routine calibration tasks in the company and make the statistics of calibration.

7.负责公司内部各部门的量具的使用和监督工作；

Monitor the production and other department usage of the measurement tools.

8.掌握国家及公司要求的有关计量工作和规定和要求。

Familiar with the national and company rules and regularions of the calibration.

9.对于计量成本进行统计分析。

Statistics of calibration cost.

10.从质量的角度出发，为员工提供相关的计量支持和培训

Provide technical assistance and training about the usage and relevant attentions such as the calibration valid labels

Requirements：

1.机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上相关工作经历

At least 3 year work-experience in calibration, major in mechanical or electronics or engineering .

2.需内校员资质

Qualification of internal calibration

3.熟悉质量工具的应用，例如MSA是必须要求，有其他APQP,FMEA,MSA,PPAP,SPC,统计过程学和制程能力分析优先，

Proficient in quality tools. MSA is a must and others such as APQP,FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, statistical methods and capability studies will be an advantage

4.有精艺生产或者6sigma相关经验者优先

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage

5.有跨职能工作经验或国际化公司工作背景者优先

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment

6.良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，熟练操作计算机

Good English both in oral and written and good presentation skills, strong communication skills
