Job Requirements:

1、大专及以上学历，化工或相关专业；

2、有五年以上化工企业生产管理工作的经历；

3、有外资企业工作经验者优先；

4、工作负责、踏实、严谨，具有较强的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神和敬业精神。

Job Area:

1. SHE: to comply with DSM SHE requirements and Chinese legislations; show SHE leadership, responsible for SHE performance in the field; coach qualified employees for excellent SHE performance;

2. Responsible for executing and monitoring the Production process based on approved production process orders and in accordance with the Manufacturing Excellence work processes.

3. Accountable for the full implementation of procedures and processes;

4. Accountable for the shop floor housekeeping;

5. Responsible for the shift change-over;

6. Responsible for the emergency response and immediate report;

7. Responsible for production quality and production efficiency;

8. Accountable for timely, complete and accurate production report and daily work report;

9. Responsible for management of shift operators in terms of supervision, communication, coaching, training, performance appraisal review and development;

10. Responsible for timely communication of maintenance notifications to the Gatekeeper Maintenance.
