Basic Description

1. Senior Consultant for the Global Mobility Services line of the firm;

2. Positioned in Shanghai.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.  Work as key team member to provide various types of global mobility services, including but not limited to

-        PRC Individual Income Tax consulting

-        Equity incentive plan design and implementation

-        Immigration services

-        Payroll structure and payroll process design

-        HR and compensation policy review

-        Payroll services

-        IIT compliance services and etc.

2. Work with the team to provide private client services

3. Act as main contact point with client in an engagement team

4. Review the work prepared by junior staff

5. Draft complex work for senior team member’s review

6. Participate in technical update and training

7. Participate in marketing activities such as tax seminar and etc.

Skills and Specifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; A major in HR, Taxation, Economic Laws and Applied Psychology is preferred;

2. above two-years of working experiences in the related area;

3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;

4. Integrity within a professional environment;

5. Outstanding interpersonal skills;

6. Ability to stressed working atmosphere;

7. Quick learner and good team player;
