1.Supervise and coordinate the day to day transportation operation, includes delivery order execute, In-transit tracking, order rejected & POD management and freight settlement; 管理和协调运输团队日常运作，包括配送订单的执行、在途追踪、客户拒收和回单管理和运费结算等

2.Charge for Logistics transportation standard operation procedure build up and implement; 负责物流运输运作SOP的建立与完善

3.Monitor the KPI of 3PL, execute & analyze KPI report, and propose improvement plan; 监控第三方物流服务商的KPI，执行和分析KPI报告，并提出机会点和改善方案

4.Responsible for transportation team management, motivate and improve the team's business ability to achieve the company's goals; 负责运输团队的管理和绩效考核，激发提高团队的业务能力，引导团队成员努力达成公司目标

5.Build up logistics operation database, and providing monthly transportation report and analysis 建立物流运作的数据库，并提供月度分析报告

6.Initiate and drive logistics optimization projects, continuously improve logistics service level and optimize logistics cost 倡议和推动物流的优化项目,持续提高物流服务水平和优化物流成本

7.Responsible for cross-function communication and cooperation 负责跨部门工作沟通和协作
