Job Description

• Day to day communication with managed artist
• Assisting the Managers to coordinate with A&R team in Stockholm/Seoul/Amsterdam
• Assisting the Managers to coordinate with music releases
• Work with social media team to ensure content calendar releases are done on time
• Coordinating with marketing publicly on artist PR and music release PR
• If need, tour with artist and manage onsite logistics with Tour Manager

Qualification

• Candidate should possess great interpersonal skills, computer skills (word/excel/ppt), ability with under extreme pressure, ability to travel without exhausting her/him-selves, exceptional negotiation skills, and will stop at nothing to protect the interest of the company and the artist against promoter/client /fan's unreasonable requests
• The job requires the candidate to fully immersed within the dance music word. (S )he shall spend at least 2 hours per day researching about the activities of other artists within the market, both domes tally and internationally
• The job requires the candidate travel all the key dance music summits around the world, including but not limited to: WMC Miami, IMS Ibiza, ADE Amsterdam

Compensation

Base Salary+ Commissions
