Position: Project Manager (培训行业，在线学习行业）

Location: Shanghai

Report: Project Director

Experience : 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely to manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Drive key learning methodologies and best-practice in synchronous and asynchronous training.
• Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
• Own the instructional integrity of a course.
• Work with the principle Subject Matter Expert to analyze, map and document production processes.
• Drive the digital projects and make sure they are perfectly executed
• Manage last minute changes, unexpected events and clients’ feedbacks.
• Set up then execute necessary actions.
• Check goals achievement and produce activity reports for management and clients

Qualification & Requirements:

• Strong learning agility
• Commercial awareness (external and internal)
• Be organized, creative and energetic、
• Experience with digital learning, wechat learning projects
• Enjoy challenges
• Excellent communication, writing, comprehension, and visualization skills
• Attention to detail
• A keen eye for design and interest in video and or photography
• Problem solver attitude
• Good English communication skills, other language a plus
