1、独立制作生产风险评估单和产品检验标准，并结合样板与制单对产品进行检验;

2、按照国际质量标准检验样衣，针对海外梭织类服装生产款式制作工艺单，列明技术要求、质量要求和工艺；

3、作好每款产品的问题记录，提出改善方案，并与工厂进行沟通，协助工厂在管理水平和质量控制方面达到要求；

4、对产品质量生产前中后期进行跟踪和预警性监控（包括船样、PP样、大货样等）；

5、配合客人进行样品品质控制，帮助工厂进行样品分析，以澄清工艺的关键点。发现错误，及时与客人或工厂沟通并找到可行的解决方案，以提高样品准确率。

6、与业务员保持密切联系。帮助业务提前发现和解决技术问题，以减少或避免生产过程中问题产生；

7、服从领导安排的其他工作任务；

任职要求:

1、5年以上服装生产的技术管理或品质管理经验，熟悉外贸服装（女装）全盘生产（包括流程、工艺、板型、品质要求等），有丰富的吊染、绣花等知识和经验，具有较强的面辅料外观判定能力；

2、熟悉品检工作流程及AQL检验标准；

3、有制定优化产品品质标准经验者优先；

4、熟练操作办公软件，熟悉coreldraw制图软件；

5、具有较强的责任心、质量管理能力和计划能力，良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力,工作细心认真；
