岗位职责:

· Conduct feasibility studies on methods and equipment to meet product specification or customer requirements coordinating with project teams regarding feasibility in production, ensure that all relevant know-how has been transferred to production department. 和项目组合作，研究符合产品规范和客户要求的生产方式和设备，确保必要的技术被传递到生产部门。

· Set up and maintain XP final test process, including creating of working and testing instruction, perform process validation activities, incl. FMEA. 建立和维护XP最终测试流程，包括生成作业指导书，执行生产确认，FMEA。

· Technical support and troubleshooting for XP final test line. 技术支持XP最终测试线，故障排除。 

· NPI, maintaining up-to date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans) in order to ensure the transparency of project progress. 新产品导入，维护最新项目情况和计划，确保项目进度透明。

· Continuous improve process quality and efficiency. 持续改善流程质量和效率。

· Support procurement during supplier selection. 支持采购部门进行供应商选择。  

任职要求:    

· 本科或以上，生物医学工程，电子/自动化专业优先

· 三年以上工作经历

· 英语口语流利

· 有精益知识或改善项目经验的优先  

· 通晓机械和电气专业知识经验的优先
