Job Responsibilities：

-       Develop and implement recruitment plan to support business growth.

-       Discuss hiring needs with hiring managers, align hiring strategy including channels and interview process.

-       Execute end to end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interview, offering and on-boarding to make sure quality hiring and compliance with both internal policies and external laws and regulations.

-       Use Taleo system to manage whole hiring process. Establish candidate database.

-       Monitor recruitment channels and recruitment costs.

-       Work with the regional and country talent acquisition team on implementation of recruitment initiatives or projects.

Job Requirements：

-       University graduate in relevant majors

-       At least 10 years’ HR experience in MNCs, focusing on Talent Acquisition or HR BP.

-       Relevant experience in banking is a plus.

-       Demonstrated strategic planning, leadership and project management skills.

-       Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

-       Change oriented and able to work under pressure.

-       Familiar with the local talent market and China labor law.

-       Managerial experience is a plus.

-       Excellent English in both speaking and writing.

-       Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
