KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES( include EHSS responsibilities)

1. Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly

2. Develop Adhesive, carpet, waterproofing and coating industries in East of China (Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Hubei Provinces)

3. Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting

4. Manage, support and coach the distributor

5. Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan

6. Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting

7. Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers

8. Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with the local business team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Bachelor of science, major in chemistry or chemical engineer, preferred in high polymer or fine chemistry

2. 5 years industrial selling experience in specialty chemicals preferred in construction, carpet or waterproofing and coating industries

3. Experience in East China market and related industries (Studies in Shanghai/Nanjing or work experience in Shanghai/Nanjing preferred)

4. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)

5. English, spoken and written

6. Excellent communication skills – above average interpersonal skills

7. Team spirit

8. Target oriented and persistent (never give up)

9. Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications and customers

10. Willingness to travel

11. Ability to work under pressure

12. Self-reliant and Good sense of judgement
