职位描述

1) Communicate with other lines of Business partners on month-end closing schedule and data collection time line.
Prepare and post  journal entries during month-end closing process to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and perform  account reconciliations statement.
Daily work management includes pre-deposit clients, intercompany customers, deposit refunds, invoices, etc.
Provide visibility on business and set up monthly P&L report.
Be a strong business partner to the team - understanding and supporting their needs.
Provide day to day financial consultation and accounting support to other lines of business partners.
2) Business Administration / 后勤工作

§ Execution support on People Sales related activities (operational activities that have to be performed on-site) / 收集支持和销售人事相关的一些活动(现场的运营活动)

POCM Management / 售点促销品管理
§ Control POCM inventory and track / 控制并跟踪促销品的库存
§ Do/Coordinate tailor made POCM / 协调促销品管理
Trade Program / 销售管理
§ Train the Sales Team /培训销售团队
§ Plan POC target list / 规划销售重点
§ Provide data of performance / 提供销售业绩报告
Events Management / 活动管理
§ Supervise/track 3rd party agency in pre-payment, creation assistance, event
§ execution, track agency preparation/execution performance and consumers'
§ perception of the events. / 监督并确保第三方高质量完成预付款、辅助策划和活动执行,跟踪记录活动执行情况、消费者反馈等
§ Track the execution by the field / 跟踪执行过程和结果

岗位要求

1) Education 教育 大专以上学历,财务相关专业优先 

2) Experience 经验 1年以上快消品行业财务或者销售支持相关工作经验

3) 流利的中英文沟通能力和沟通技巧;熟悉Excel、Powerpoint办公软件以及SAP相关知识;团队精神;良好的财务知识以及描述能力
