职位详情

-Manage and monitor daily import & export logistic process， ensure the customs process can be finished on time.

-Manage logistics agent and brokers service level, to meet company requirement and in compliance manner.

-Work with China team to ensure RM importation delivery on time.

-Work as interface with internal partners, such as operation, planner, warehouse, finance, on shipment status update, tax payment.

-As a key user of system to ensure all information input correctly

-liaison with local related customs department

Experience:

-related professional experience.

-Require experience in import/export,

-logistics in multinational company, textile industry back ground is preferred.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills with the ability to communicate business issues in logical manner.

-Experience in working oversea is preferred. -Knowledge and experience with APCC import/ export controls as well as customs regulations.

-Ability to work under pressure.Strong PC skill, familiar with office software,Good English both for the oral and written.

工作内容：

管理和监控日常进出口物流过程,确保海关过程可以准时完成。

管理物流代理和经纪人的服务水平，以符合公司要求和合规的方式。

与中国团队合作，确保原材料进口准时交货。

负责与内部合作伙伴的沟通，如运营，计划，仓库，财务，出货状态的更新，税务的支付。

作为系统的关键用户，确保所有信息输入正确

与当地相关海关部门联系

经验:

相关专业经验。

需要进出口经验，

物流在跨国公司，纺织行业背景者优先。

优秀的分析、解决问题和沟通能力，能够用逻辑的方式沟通业务问题。

有海外工作经验者优先。

具备APCC进出口管制和海关规章方面的知识和经验。

能在压力下工作。

较强的电脑操作能力，熟悉办公软件，良好的英语听说读写能力。
