Responsibilities:

1. Understanding FSSC standard operational processes, familar with FSSC work operation and process;

2. Responsible for monthly closing, make all GL and tax related vouchers timely and accurately, and ensure all vouchers be consistent with IFRS, local statutory accounting policies and all Company policies and procedures. 

3. Prepare BS accounts (GL/Tax related) reconciliation in accordance with accounts reconciliation policy and ensure all assigned accounts are reconciled. 

4. Make sure timely resolution of un-reconciling items and long aged items. 

5. Responsible for all tax reports required by Asia tax team or local tax bureau and all other tax matters; 

6. Other reports required for other local government agencies monthly and yearly (Statistical Bureau, Finance Bureau, etc.) 

7. Assist with internal/external audit for related fields. 

8. Ac-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;

2. 3 - 5  years working experiences in Finance and Accounting Function, at least 2 years working experiences in GL function.

3. FSSC working experiences is plus

4.Good understanding of finance shared service center key processes, P2P, R2R, OTC, T&E and ERP implementation project experience is plus;

5.Good at MS office

6. Strong ability of teamwork 

7. Passionate, eager to learn, self-motivated, and detail oriented with problem solving skill;

8.Good command of English and Chinese, both in Oral/Written.
