POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing and developingconsolidation channels within China mainland. Develops and builds relationshipwith key customers within territory, implements marketing strategies, achieves businessplan objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and develops consolidation accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Develops business plans and set priorities to develop and build relationship with key customers.
• Co-work with marketing and CSE colleagues, implements marketing strategies, achieves business plan objectives.
• Manages sales opportunities and explore new opportunities within territory
• Provides products trainings to sales of business partners.

TRAININGRESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

• Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
• For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education or Experience(in years):

• 1-3 years channel management experience
• Molecular biology background
• Bachelor degree

Knowledge and skills:

• Channel management
• Presentation skill
• Communication skill
• Molecular biology

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

· Master degree in Molecular biology preferred

· Experience about molecular productssales/marketing/channel preferred
