职位描述
主要职能：
1.每年制定设备检修、保养计划，做好记录，及时掌握工厂设备运行情况。
2.每天巡查设备一次，做好设备巡查记录，遇故障及时制定排除计划。
3.按设备保养计划安排设备进行周、月、年保养，做好保养记录。
4.利用人力、物力按照技术要求自制备件，监测采购备件。
5.根据主管委托和外协加工的程序，组织、监督外协加工件质量、数量、加格的进程。
6.坚持价格比较，降低成本。
7.对作业人员进行维修技能培训，把工厂设备运行原理传递给作业人员，使维修作业人员掌握设备管理的基本原理。
8.利用现有设备的资源，在满足生产进程的前提下，进行改造。使之更合理。更利于生产，最大限度降低设备运行成本。
9.在公司范围内执行HSE计划和规范
10.将贯彻ISO和HSE的实施有机的结合
11.贯彻、执行MVV，接受企业文化
