1、On time delivery control Daily SAP traffic light review and inventory review, to control supplier delivery performance strictly in order to secure smooth prodcution plan and no line stop to customers; to minimum over-shipments and early shipments .

2.Inventory control Be able to challenge sales forecast accuracy according history consumption volume and consumption trend; daily monitor all responsible materials in reasonble level and fast response to suppler once any changes from customer demand ; to deal with obsolence pro-actively once there are any potencial risk to be obsolence.

3.Pre-alert and escaltion

If there are any issues which might cause production line down or customer line down, planer should pre-alert to all relevant person and daily tracking the status till the alert clear, if the issue cannt be solved indepently, furthur escalation and team discussion need to be organised by this planner.

4.SAP maintenance

SAP scorecard KPI control such as negative stock, traffic light tracking, obsolete and master data maintenance, MRP etc

5.Inbound freight cost

Monitor inbound cost spending and adjust pickup frequency and shipping mode to reduce inbound freight and avoid premium freight

6.Other temporary tasks arranged by leader
