职位描述
工作职责 Job Responsibilities
1, Communicate directly with the relevant department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
2, Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
3, Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.
4, Conduct employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
5, Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
9. Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
6, Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
7, Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
8, Assist with hiring of maintenance personnel.
9, Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
10, Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Background（背景要求）：
1, Technical secondary school or above, major in electrical automation, electrical integration, or Engineering, has a certain mechanical, electrical automation or cement process basic theoretical knowledge.
2, With a professional dedication and teamwork consciousness, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
3, Cement industry experience is preferred, electrician and mechanical operation and work experience in preventive maintenance is preferred.
