We are the product manager for one of the city’s most landmark office complex, Jing An Kerry Centre (JAKC). We take care of the daily experience of the thousands of city elites, negotiate with the top businessmen on the world, achieve the best value of our asset and crown ourselves among the best project in the city and even in the world.

We are finding a recent graduate to join as an efficient helper to this glorious team, helping us smooth the daily operation, be reserved and cultivated as young talent for our future.

What You’ll Do

You will support the team’s daily operation with various kind of paper works, involved in external leasing business, and liaison with other departments to take care the necessary internal processes.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Support on internal paper works, data collection, report preparing and analysis;

？ Support full leasing process under instruction and supervision of team leader;

？ Build own market understanding and develop business insight by studying market movement, collecting major industrial news and conduct market research;

？ To coordinate with other departments in the entire leasing process from signing LOI and TA (Legal/ Finance), to design drawings vetting (Project/ PM),assist tenant’s license applications with various Government Bureau, marketing campaign (KO), etc.

You will work with your line manager and other team members very closely to play a key role in the teamwork to optimize office leasing daily operation. You will also actively interact internally with legal, finance, project, marketing, and property management team, meanwhile externally with market agencies, existing and prospective tenants.
