Objective of Job

Take responsibility of General Ledger in CGCSL (Trading Company)

Brief Task Description

* Closing:1) Close financial books by preparing and reviewing journal entries prepared by share service team as required, 2) Prepare group financial packages, 3) Calculate quarterly income tax provision,4) IFRS/PRC GAAP adjustments and PRC report for monthly tax filing, 5) Validate HFM report with SAP data before final report submission.

* Prepare monthly (BS & PL) Flux analysis for management and Corporate Accounting review.

* Responsible for new account request in COA tool, maintain SAP-HFM mapping if new account is created or changed, provide account usage to share service team.

* Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance of internal control policies, execute activities related to Accounting per SOX requirement.

* Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, investigate differences if any, and take follow up action accordingly.

* Work with other corporate function teams to support daily accounting operation and assist in providing accounting data for analysis and project accounting jobs.

* Key contact window in external and internal audit, assist accounting manager in internal local authorities' investigation and prepare different reports for audit purpose.

* Support tax team to provide documents of tax issues.

* Participate or lead the process improvement project within or cross function.

* Support line manager with KPI data collection for daily operation and month end closing performance of GL team and back office.

* Ad hoc assignments by accounting managers.

Qualifications

* Experience and Education

* Bachelor degree or above, major Accounting, Finance.

* At least 3 years GL working experiences; MNC working experience is a preferred

* Functionality Skills and Technical skills

* Be familiar with GL in an automobile company; SAP/HFM experience is a preferred

* Good at excel skills control area

* Personal Traits

* Good team player with proactive attitude

* Can work under pressure and flexible work schedule

* Quick learner with good communication skills
