Responsibilities

- Provide creative ideas/solution and to integrate business thinking

- Provide ideation process across visual design, video/animation, and event planning

- Set the agenda and manage the standard of delivery across all creative deliverables from pre engagement stage

- Stay up to date with the latest industry, creative format and trends, to advise innovative creative solutions to management

- Work closely with COO and functional teams to strengthen integrated deliverables

- Make sure “Effective” communication across target groups

- Coordination of firm event

Requirements

- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, visual design or a related filed

- Minimum of five years’ experience in creative role

- Be proficient in the PPT, Excel, Word software, Photoshop or other graphic design software skills

- Familiar with digital channels and digital marketing

- Demonstrate creativity, and innovative experience within advertising field

- Able to integrate business thinking into creative solution, across traditional and new media territories

- Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment

- Open minded, agile with change and practical

- Good presentation, inter-personal skills, and problem solving ability

- Highly Organized & Planning Skills

- Having project responsibility or project manager in a large planning and design company is preferred
