Ensure the supply of goods to the customers in the specified quantities, quality and timing

Lead or support escalation topics at both Customers and Suppliers

Define Logistics Planer Organisation to support the plant activities and growth

Create Procedures and Work instructions to define Logistics operations in compliance with the Brose Process System

Maintain a good working atmosphere and team work within the Logistics team and with other departements

Define KPIs for Logistics Department

Plan yearly Logistics costs (LO1-5) including freight costs, Investments and Headcount.

Monitor monthly the logistics costs vs. plan and conduct corrective measures where deviations are identified

Take measures to achieved defined Logistic cost reduction (ratio)

Define material flow and production scheduling mode

Participate actively to Safe Launch activities for new projects

Ensure that LO-BOM and LO work plan are maintained and used as Continuous Improvement tools

Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities for the Logistics Department

Support the implementation and the compliance to the Brose Productivity System

Define the logistics plant layout

Ensure Stock accuracy and define corrective actions when deviations are identified

Report stock values, premium freights etc. to Brose Asia Logistics and Central Logistics

Perform other duties assigned
