岗位职责:

？ 促进新产品的开发和产品性能的优化，定期提供产品性能报告，制定新产品开发计划，保证产品符合产品安全的要求；建立和完善技术开发信息库，提交研发报告和实际生产的可行性报告，改进产品性能测试手段。
Promote development of new products and optimization of product performance, provide product performance report at regular time, develop new product development plan, and ensure the products comply with the requirements of product safety; establish and improve the technological development information base, submit the research & development report and the feasibility study report for actual production, and improve the product performance test methods.
？ 建立SECCO客户信息库，联系商务TS工程师，调查客户投诉，提出质量改进的方案，并跟进验证效果；为商务技术服务人员和SECCO客户制定培训计划和体系。
Establish SECCO customers information base, contact commercial TS engineer, investigate customers’ complaints, propose quality improvement scheme and follow up the verification result; develop training plan and system for commercial & technical service personnel and SECCO customers.
？ 进行新产品的研发与推广，现场跟踪指导，协助客户处理相关产品问题。
Carry out the research & development and promotion of new products, follow up and provide guidance at site, and assist customers to deal with relevant product issues.
？ 推荐客户选择正确合适的聚合物产品，为客户的加工优化提供信息和指导。
Recommend customers to select correct and appropriate polymer products, and provide information and guidance for customers’ processing and optimization.
？ 紧密联系商务部人员和生产部人员以确保产品性能改进及客户支持的有效性。减少产品信息传递给相关方（商务、生产）的时间，提高对产品改进要求的响应效率。
Keep close contact with the personnel of Commercial Dept and Production Dept to ensure effectiveness of product performance improvement and customers’ support; reduce the time of transferring product information to relevant departments (commercial, production), and improve the efficiency of response to product improvement requirements.
？ 联系装置实际，为装置提供产品质量控制和改进的分析和建议解决方案。
Provide the analysis of product quality control and improvement and the recommended solutions for productions units based on the actual situation.
？ 参与新的测试/评估方法的开发，负责竞争对手的研究和对比。
Participate in the development of new test/evaluation methods, and responsible for study and comparison of competitors.
？ 确保产品开发和技术服务过程符合ISO9001，ISO14001和ISO18001的相关要求。
Ensure that the product development and technical service process complies with relevant requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.
？ 和外部单位，如大学，研究所等进行联系。
Contact with external units such as universities and research institutes etc.
？ 和专利商及其他的技术供应商进行联系。
Contact with licensor and other technology suppliers.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other work assigned by superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：本科及以上学历，化学、高分子材料或相关专业。
Education: Bachelor degree or above in chemical, high polymer material or related discipline.
？ 相关工作经验：5年以上工厂或实验室聚合物技术组工作经验。
Work experience: Five years or above work experience in plant or laboratory polymer technical group.
？ 精通聚合物合成、改性和加工应用的相关知识。
Proficient in related knowledge of polymer synthesis, modification and processing & application.
？ 掌握PE/PP&PS者将优先考虑。具有其他聚合物经验者亦可。
Mastering PE/PP & PS preferred; other experiences in polymer also accepted.
？ 良好的办公自动化的技能。
Excellent skill in office automation.
？ 良好的沟通能力。
Good communication ability.
？ 良好的英语阅读能力。口语流利者优先考虑。
Good ability in English reading; fluent oral English preferred.
？ 熟悉统计技术软件的应用。
Familiar with application of statistical technology software.
