工作职责Responsibility：

1. 负责并协调研发部门，采购部门，计划物流部门以及供应商共同解决各类不合格物料问题,确保订单按期交货。

Responsible for coordination with R&D, Purchase, Logistics department to fix all kinds of supplier quality issue together to assure material delivery on time

2. 供应商材料的合规性管理和材料外送检测工作。

Supplier material’s compliance management; Material send out to test.

3. 监控供应商质量表现，驱动供应商持续质量改进。制定供应商审核计划，审核供应商,跟踪落实CAPA的关闭。

Monitor vendor quality performance and drive them in continuous quality improvement. Make the supplier audit plan and sit audit them, follow up the CAPA.

4. 执行供应商的调查评估，供应商的审核以及供应商资质验证。

Conduct the suppliers’ assessment, audit and quality verification. 

5. 针对供应商质量表现，进行数据收集和分析，定期准备内部报告

Regularly submit the supplier performant report to manager based the data collection and analysis of supplier quality performance.

6. 定期和供应商进行质量问题回顾，确保整改预防措施得到有效执行。

Regular review the quality issues with vendors to assure all corrective and preventive action effectively implemented.

7. 确保供应商因质量问题的8D报告及时有效的回复，以及原因的真实性和措施得到执行

    Assure on-time 8D report from vendors and the real root cause, actions implemented.

8. 供应商培训以及定期审核供应商以期其质量稳定。

Vendor training and regular audit to assure the stable quality.

9. 协助质量经理进行ISO9001&14001管理体系的日常维护及审核

Assist quality manager in daily maintaining and auditing the ISO9001&14001 system.

10. 积极完成经理分配的其他任务

Positively complete the other jobs manager assigned.

任职资格Qualification：

教育背景Education：

大专及以上学历。

College and above

专业 Major

机械，电子或者相关理工专业优先考虑。

Mechanical engineering, Electronic engineering background or related major will be added advantage

经验Experience: 

至少3年质量管理经验。

Minimum 3 years quality management experience.

具有ISO9001，ISO14001质量&环境管理体系经验。

With quality and environmental system experiences，such as ISO9001, ISO14001. 

对金属件，塑料件，PCBA，线束产品的生产加工工艺流程熟悉。

Familiar with metal, plastic, PCBA, harness products process and production

具备社会责任审核，反恐等审核经验的优先考虑。

Prefer to with experiences of social responsibility, anti-terrorist, etc.

专业知识和特殊技能要求Professional knowledge and special skills: 

◆ 能看懂CAD图纸；

    Familiarly read CAD drawing

◆ 熟悉千分尺，高度仪以及投影仪操作；

    Familiar with meters, Altimeter and project tools.

◆ 会WORD，excel，PPT等办公软件基本操作

    Good at word, excel，PPT

语言Language:

◆ 中英文听说读写良好。

Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and writing.

个人素质Personality:

◆ 积极主动，认真，负责；具备良好的沟通表达能力，善于调解和处理各方利害冲突。

    Positive, earnest, responsible, good communication, be good at coordinating and handling conflict from 

    different sides.
