职位描述
Job Purpose Statement 工作目的
负责直接管理仓库的所有仓储和配送。这包括通过强有力的领导和决策技巧的运用对入库和出库活动负责，并确保遵守后勤相关规定。
Key Accountabilities主要工作职责
计划仓库布局和空间需求，以防止物资损失或损害，实现仓库优化。
制定和/或执行有关保全与安全的公司政策，以维持一个安全的工作环境。
定期盘点并分析数据，并采取相应的措施改进不符项
识别改进的机会，提供实际的解决方案并实施这些改进。
管理第三方物流或仓储公司，并协助常用供应商改进物流服务水平
完成采购经理指派的任何临时工作
Qualifications & Experience 任职资质及经验
良好的全面教育，本科毕业者优先
至少5至8年的运营、仓库管理和运输管理方面的知识。
物流/供应链/库存管理学位及以上
精通书面英语、英语口语和普通话
熟练的ERP系统操作能力
MS Office技能：熟练使用Excel、Power point和Word等常用办公软件
