岗位职责

新媒体运营经理/专员

1、处理与各类媒体机构的接洽、合作关系，执行媒介公关计划，完成媒体关系维护;2、负责微信、网站新媒体的运营、编辑和推广;3、负责新媒体的内容发布、粉丝互动、活动执行;4、负责公司舆情信息收集、整理及提供建设性意见;

5、公司媒体资料制作与设计;6、与团队其它人员之间协调开展合作，***化发挥媒体优质资源;7、领导交办的其它事宜。

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历, 中文、新闻、广告、商科、英语等相关专业优先;2、一年以上工作经验，热爱科技行业，有媒体工作经历者、科技公司、创业公司工作经验 者优先;
3、文字功底扎实，新闻敏感性强，有较强创意;
4、能熟练使用办公软件，PPT 制作水平较高者优先;会 PS、AI 等技能优先;5、有责任心，性格开朗大方，积极向上，学习适应能力强，执行力强;有商务拓展经验者 优先;
6、英语六级以上，英语专八、海归优先;7、熟悉商务礼仪及职场技能，沟通能力强，对行业信息敏感度强;8、具有良好的团队意识与敬业精神，抗压能力强。

New Media Operations Manager/ Assistant director

Job responsibilities

1. Handling contacts and cooperation with various media organizations, implementing media public relations plans, and completing media relations maintenance;
2. Responsible for the operation, editing and promotion of new media such as WeChat and website;

3. Responsible for news publishing, fans interaction, and event execution of new media;

4. Responsible for collecting, sorting and providing constructive opinions on company public

opinion information;

5. Produce and design company's media materials;

6. Coordinate with other team members and maximize the media's quality resources; 7. Other matters assigned by the leaders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, Chinese, Journalism, Advertising, Business, English and other related majors are preferred;
2. More than one year working experience, love science and technology industry;media work

experience, technology company & start-up company work experience is preferred;
3. Solid literary foundation, strong news sensitivity，passionate and creative;
4. Proficiency in office software, high level of PPT production is preferred; skills such as PS, AI are preferred;
5. Responsibility, cheerful and generous personality, positive and upward, strong learning adaptability, strong execution; business development experience is preferred;
6. CET-6 or above, TEM-8 and returnees are preferred;
7. Familiar with business etiquette and workplace skills, strong communication skills, strong sensitivity to industry information;
8. Good sense of teamwork and dedication, strong ability to resist pressure;
9. Good image and temperament.
