简介：该职务负责制定并财务制度，执行财务流程，保证各种财务报表的准确性和时效性；各种报表包括但不决限于内部财务月报，外部税务月报，年终审计，年度预算等；需良好的中英文沟通能力。
岗位职责:
？ 熟悉财务管理，精通SAP财务软件；
？ 负责制作月度，季度和年度财务报表，并保证其准确性和实效性；
？ 负责及时提供每月财务状况分析报告；
？ 负责月度和季度的银行对帐的实效性和准确性；
？ 及时准确报税；
？ 参与预算及企业经营财务预测；
？ 负责年终的财务审计；
？ 负责培训财务及相关人员的专业知识；
？ 支持总经理安排的项目，增进流程管理的有效性。
基本要求:
？ 学士学位或以上，财务专业；
？ 至少5年以上具体的财务工作和管理经验；
？ 熟悉SAP财务软件；
？ 良好的中英文沟通能力。
其余经验和技能：
？ 有与该职位相关的财务证书者优先考虑；
？ 有进出口贸易工作经验者优先考虑；
？ 有纺织业工作经验者优先考虑。
Summary: This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. Require strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
Description of Position / Duties:
? Experienced in accounting, excel with SAP finance/accounting system;
? Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close;
? Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information;
? Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner;
? Ensure accurately filing all local China tax reports;
? Support budget and forecasting activities;
? Ensure a clean and timely year end audit;
? Provide training to new and existing staff as needed;
? Support General Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? At least 5 years prior supervisory experience in accounting field; hands-on experience on reporting and filing.
? Familiar with SAP system.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
? Relevant certificate holder preferred;
? Import/export background preferred;
? Textile industry experience preferred.
