岗位职责：

1. 检查各岗位的工作，发现日常工作中的问题，并督促整改，使之按照规范要求操作；

2. 制作各类报表的统计、上报；

3. 处理日常工作中发生的异常状况，与各部门沟通反应异常情况。如不能处理需向上反馈；

4. 负责对本组人员日常工作的管理，进行有效的工作分解、安排，完成团队KPI指标；

5. 执行仓库人员的岗位KPI，及相关员工的工作培训和培养；

6. 协助上级制定和完善仓库管理制度、工作流程等。

任职要求：

1. 2年以上第三方物流组长或电商组长的工作经验；

2. 大专及以上学历；

3. 熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；

4. 熟练操作outlock、excel等办公软件；

5. 熟悉WMS系统的操作方法；

6. 有较强的沟通能力；

7. 熟悉各自岗位的操作流程；

8. 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力。
