Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for warehouse inbound and outbound, custom declaration and transportation, packing and delivery etc.

· Communicate with foreign vendors through phone call and email, inform business partner of delivery progress

· Responsible for keeping material inventories in accuracy;

· SAP system operation and data maintenance.

Qualifications:

· College graduation or above, major in logistics or international trading or other related fields

· At least 2 years working experience in logistics handling in foreign company

· Experience in warehouse management, I/E handling, transportation arrangement, customs clearance.

· Familiar with Waigaoqiao FTZ policy, especially I/E handling

· Good communication skills with customers, suppliers and business partners

· Good spoken and written English, able to talk with foreign vendors

· SAP experience is a plus

· Certificate of customs declarer or logistics will be an advantage

Working place: Wai Gao Qiao FTZ, Shanghai

Working time: 3 shift (17:00 – 24:00 and Weekend)
工作时间：本工作有翻班要求 (17:00-24:00及周末)
