职位描述
工作内容:
生产：
1) 根据机器的说明书进行每日的涂饰机器的维护
2) 负责机器的正常运行和故障检测
3) 很好地了解备用零部件的状况
4) 熟悉Proteus MMX系统并可以准确将相应的记录输入系统
5) 根据机器的说明书对机器做安全性能的改进
6) 负责对机器使用方面的指导
7) 涂饰工艺及设备工程师规定的其他工作
8) 特种设备维护：铲车及压力容器的日常维护并建立相应的维护档案。
9) 消防自控系统的机械维护保养
10）新生产设备安装完毕，必须按照安全操作规范实施设备防护程序。
11）在工人操作机器前，需对操作工实施设备锁定程序的培训（lockout & tag out），确保其安全操作。
全员设备维护：
1）机器例行检查：根据全员生产维护要求进行例行检查。
2）设备基本保养和维护 必须掌握设备最基本保养和维护的技术(其中标明 “生产员工”的职责项目须向生产员工进行培训)，并且及时汇报故障的情况
3）工具管理：工作用工具的正确放置，合理使用并且保持完整和清洁。
任职要求：
1）中专以上学历
2）3年及以上相关工作经验，1年以上外企工作经验
3) 所需技能：电工上岗证。 熟练操作计算机，
4）较强的阅读理解能力：对于标准的文件、程序(包括健康与安全规定)、工具和设备使用说明以及简单的工程图纸能看得懂并能 按照指导遵照或使用 。
5）能够看懂英文技术手册和图纸
