Duties and Responsibilities:

-Maintain and optimize process of Enclosure.

-Inspection of products including component and finished goods.

-Quality assurance of product.

-Conduct and support internal/external quality audits to assure of enclosure procedure execution accurately.

-Identify any potential risk of production stage and make a proposal and implement for quality assurance.

-Drive improvements to product quality through internal/external defect identification.

-Focus on issue escalation and corrective and preventive actions

-Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality performance

-Drive periodical product audit including reliability testing

-Quality reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly as defined

-Customer complaint handling and drive to improve.

-Train QCs and operators to make them capable for fulfilling quality duties

-Coordinate test instrument calibration

Qualifications

-High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player

-More than 5 year's experience in manufacturing industry(mechanical), 2 years above on supervisor position

-Statistical methods required, QC tools like 6 sigma.

-Be familiar with new product introduction process and on-hands experience.

-Good knowledge of ISO 9001

-Bachelor/or above degree, prefer major in Mechanical

-Accurate working style

-Fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure
