Main Responsibilities:

- Manage process and support daily production operation; Trouble shooting

- Manage process capacity, work with line manager to define capacity investment project

- Lead and participate improvement project in plant to improve efficiency, cost, quality etc.

- Lead automation project to optimize manufacturing cost

- Deploy SPS in plant
