Operations supervisor

the candidate has to but not limited...

- to plan the shipment with the clients, and/or sales managers, and/or client managers

- to arrange timely bookings with the agents and/or shipping lines (airlines, trucking companies)

- to monitor and control the shipments statuses (as loading/discharging, custom procedures etc etc)

- to get and check the invoices from the vendors

- timely input all the information related to current shipment into the company's system

- reporting

ps:Resume in English is a must!

1.负责国际集装箱运输相关业务的操作，要求一票到底。负责接单后货物运输整体流程的运转，包括订舱、装箱、报关跟踪、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜。

2.至少三年以上货代操作经验。认真细心，工作勤恳，能承受一定的工作压力。

3.熟练运用office办公软件，需要一定的英语读写基础。

4. 联系沟通客户，及时反馈客户所需要的信息；

5. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

6.工资奖金待遇丰厚，做五休二。
