Position Overview

Our People Development (PD) team is responsible for creating experiences and opportunities for individuals to explore their full potential. In this role, you will work within the global People Development team and your key responsibility will be to manage and execute global learning strategies and programs to our employees in Asia – located in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Mumbai. These programs include, but are not limited to: Management and Leadership Development, Change Management and Mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Deliver global learning programs to employees in Asia. This includes leading efforts to promote these programs and facilitating training workshops. The successful candidate must be able to facilitate workshops comfortably in English
-Interview staff and managers to understand their current challenges in order to tailor workshop content to their needs
-Contribute to the design of global learning programs to ensure that it meets local needs
-Design ad-hoc (and creative!) learning experiences to increase application of skills learned, such as refresher classes, role plays, tutorials, experience sharing sessions, lunch-and-learns, best practice workshops, etc.
-Interact with other stakeholders internally (e.g. business unit leaders, other functions within People Operations) to understand organizational goals and ensure that existing training programs support the achievement of these goals
-Collect feedback in order to understand the impact of these learning programs and based on this, make recommendations on how to improve them
-Build relationships with external learning partners

Qualifications

-2-4 years of experience in a similar role
-Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, or a similar role that involved public speakin
-Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
-Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
-Can be based in Shanghai or Hong Kong, full time or part time (at least 4 days per week)
-The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the local market
