Job Responsibilities:
1) Establish and maintain service process management system regarding requirement of IS business development
2) Optimize IS operation process and policy, and responsible for drafting, checking and publishing related documentations
3) Based on investigation and analysis for IS project situation, take effective methodology to realize field difference management
4) Responsible for designing IS new product and solution process
5) Train and supervise the Field Service Team to comply process management policies
6) Review and verify operation process change application from Field Service Team

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have minimum of 5-year working experience.
- Solid knowledge and experience in process management methodology.
- Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving urgent issues.
- Good command of Microsoft office tool
- Be able to track and document information with the skill set of project manager
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and traveling
