ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Support with company's product system introduction and implementation in the plant
+ Assist and support the CIP projects implementation in the workshop, and coach in identifying the effective CIP projects in the workshop
+ Audit and supervise lean production implementation status in all departments, and provide professional proposals and concepts for improvement actions
+ Provide necessary theoretical training of lean production based on the requirement of all departments (Such as 5S,SMED,TPM,Pull system, etc.)
+ Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company's objectives
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above, industrial engineering or machinery design and manufacturing related major
+ At least 3 years work experience in lean production project design, coordination, implementation, and training working experience in machinery manufacturing industry is a plus
+ Rich experience in lean production implementation, such as 5S, SMED, TPM, Pull System, etc.
+ Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD etc.)
+ Be able to organize, lead, and manage the improvement projects independently
+ Systematical working style, good communication and coordination skill
+ Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
