Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities ？

Responsible for the Share service center's accounts payable accounting ？

Oversee AP activities including the accuracy and timeliness of vendor payables, T&E claims and vendor reconciliation and AP reporting ？

Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets ？

Monitor escalated financial issues and unresolved account balances and ensure timely resolution

 

Business Processes and Cross-units Collaboration ？

Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within AP function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine. Form strong collaborative relationship with local finance team/BUs and external entities, external and internal audits ？

Coordinate with SSC Accounting Manager and local Finance Directors to identify and address any unresolved issues in a timely manner ？

Work with SSC Accounting Manager and Finance Controllers in policy making and execution, and process optimization ？

Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes ？

Ensure that process change directives and other changes initiated by global are implemented regionally

 

Talent Management ？

Manage AP team. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced. ？

Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the department ？

Perform regular performance evaluations of staff members ？

Coordinate with service users to collect feedbacks and on-going update SLAs ？

Coordinate team meetings and ensure constant communication within the team

 

Job Requirements？

Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting related. ？

5-7 years of relevant accounting experience. MNC experience is must ？

Prior experience in managing the AP functions, Finance SSC experience preferred ？

Be familiar with China GAAP and IFRS accounting ？

Strong ERP and accounting system experience (e.g. AX) ？

Strong written and oral communication skills ？

Proficiency in Chinese and English ？

Good leadership skills and teamwork spirits
