Objective of Job

The APAC Reporting Supervisor is the resource with experience in Finance Department (Accounting/reporting) able to correctly interpret the main logic of the accounting flows and the reporting model. He/she will assist the Senior Manager in APAC reporting/accounting compliance review and financial analysis process including HFM, account reconciliation, and fluctuation analysis. In addition, he/she will be involved in APAC project if any.

Brief Task Description

Manage overall APAC account reconciliation process including:

* APAC account reconciliation policy and risk assessment update and implementation

* Regional account reconciliation quality assurance review and improvement

* APAC monthly account reconciliation scorecard report

* Blackline reconciliation tool access management and user training

Manage APAC entity financial fluctuation analysis and review process:

* Improve APAC monthly flux analysis process including entity financial flash and post close review

* Manage APAC quarterly briefing book process and Wdesk system support

* Support other ad hoc managerial review request

Manage APAC entity IFRS 9 & IFRS 15 report and review process

Act as Accounting & Reporting Business Partner for APAC entities and support local teams in the following activities:

* Set up calls on monthly pre-closing meeting and maintain meeting minutes

* Monitor the HFM closing process, clear up the edit checks and perform basic check for the roll forward and other disclosure requirements

* Review monthly fluctuation analysis and quarterly briefing book analysis. Set up regular review meetings with local teams and CAO

* Key point of contact with local accounting team ·Support APAC project related to regional reporting and closing process.

Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in accounting or finance;

* 5 years working experience in finance department, 3 years in the area of financial accounting and reporting;

* Good experience in accounting and reporting systems/tools including HFM, SAP and Oracle etc. Experience in Excel, PPT;

* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, fluent English skills;

* Good working experience in multinational organization;

* Highly detail-oriented and organized in work;

* Strong responsibility, ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of colleagues.
