1、接听来电、来访，并做好书面记录；

2、受理业户投诉，做好书面记录；

3、负责物业管理费收缴，所属片区内客户诉求处理；

4、做好各类物品签收登记、管理工作；

5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、中专以上学历，35岁以内

2、电脑操作良好

3、一年以上工作经验
