 Job Description:    

1. Hand / support local/regional/global applications, such as finance, HR, purchase, quality, legal system.

2. Minor iVanti / pick up related tickets

3. Participate in IT related projects per requests. Eg: system install, upgrade, function testing, training, etc.

4. Backup other region support team

Qualification:  

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, or other related field.
2. Minimum 2 years end user IT support experience is required
3. Work systematic and have good communication skills
4. Good English skills at speaking, reading and writing
5. Strong self-study ability.
6. Familiar with VB, C#, .Net UI
7. Related experience in Win server, SQL is plus
