主要工作职责：

1、维修人员必须对日常报修的工作任务负责，做到及时、迅速完成各项小修、小件的加工任务；

2、维修人员的离开工作间在外维修，要向主管报告所在的工作地点，修理完工后回班组待令；

3、负责所管辖物业中的土建结构、金属结构、内外装饰、屋顶平台、办公家具、机械维修检查保养工作；

4、负责为业主提供建筑装饰的修缮服务，负责业主精装修的管理。

任职资格：

1、中专以上学历，年龄小于40岁

2、三年以上相关工作年限，***
