Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate real estate functions in China including Lease Management, Facility Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, etc.
• Assist China Management on Space planning
• Assist China Management on DBS China Network distribution plan and execution.
• Collobrate with various functional team to smoothen the branch network development. 
• Assist China Management on strategic corporate real estate event, eg. Building acquisition, property disposals. etc.
• Lead leasing team to deliver lease acquisition, lease renewal, lease termination, property disposal, property acquisition.
• Manage leasing process. Assist business on Site Selection, negotiation and provide due diligence direction and follow up with legal documentations. 　　
• Monitor closely with the CRE project team to ensure related projects are on track efficiently　
• Ensure work place safety through comprehensive facilities management.
• Review contractor’s performance base on group policy and procedure.
• Optimize SLA to service provider upon need. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above
• Strong Corporate real estate or assets management experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and other regulatory requirement for banking sector.
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Knowledge on facility management and project management
• Analytical thought
• Able to act quickly under pressure
• Excellent communication skill with both written and verbal.
• Excellent client and vendor management abilities
• Familiar with China commercial project market.
• 10 years or above relevant working experience
• 7 years or above relevant people-manager experience
