职位描述
Responsibilities
- New business development, drive lead generation and manage the bid process
- Deliver best-in-class service solutions
- Develop and deliver revenues targets, KPIs
- Ensure appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication and network liaison
- Collect and analyze the market, industries and competitors information
- Develop the target clients
- Works closely with internal teams (e.g. Solution Design) to respond RFP/RFQs, quotations during the bidding process and to secure the contracts successfully
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- 3 years + BD working experience in contract logistics or 3rd party logistics company
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong business development skills and competencies with proven track record
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good Communication skills
- Proven transportation /logistics / supply chain management knowledge
- Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results
- Superior customer relationship management skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
