岗位职责：

? Plan and execute Chinese project manage and coordinate with global RD team to archive (design timing, technical solution, and defect investigation). Manage the developing schedule, budget, expense etc. of the project; 

? Follow project management processes and work tightly with OEM project manager on behalf of RD side.

? Customer interface: communicate customer expectation and requirements to project team across different regions, facilitate responses, customer and program meetings; handling of complaints.

? Project team coordination: manage cross function team (sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, finance, etc) across different regions; communicate and track functional deliverables, mainly focus on RD deliverables by following master timing; motivate and encourage team work. Coordinate project resources to handle issue, problem, defect, etc. 

? Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking for approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.

? Report project status to Project Director, Product Line Manager and other relevant senior management regularly

任职要求：

? Bachelor degree or above in automotive relative major. Minimum 5 years automotive experience and Minimum 3 years project management experience.

? Strong leadership behavior in order to manage and motivate RD team members. Good skill to communicate smoothly with RD different function teams.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations to/with customer, team and management

? Familiar with automotive development process and change management

? Good English in written and verbal 

? Good communication and presentation skills

? Able to work under pressure, like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
