职位描述
1.负责软件产品的开发、测试、实施工作；
2.负责软件产品需求分析、开发设计、开发管理工作；
3.负责对客户软件使用问题的维护和业务咨询工作；
4.负责软件产品内部培训工作。
工作要求：
1、良好的开发基础，精通Java语言基础，熟练掌握多线程开发技术，熟练掌握常用JAVA
开发技术和开源技术,熟悉软件开发流程；
2、熟悉Spring、myBatis等主流开源框架及底层实现原理，知其然更知其所以然；
3、熟悉常用数据库软件(Oracle/MySQL)的原理和使用，熟悉常用ORM和连接池组件，对数
据库的优化有一定的理解;
4、具备丰富的大型互联网系统设计经验，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实
现，具备海量数据研发和处理经验优先；
5、熟练使用svn或git等版本管理工具熟练使用spring及mybatis等技术熟悉linux
服务器;
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术
进行合理应用，解决问题;
