1) Wholesaler management经销商管理模块:
Assist manager to provide training for local team the wholesaler management process
协助经理为当地团队实施经销商管理流程提供支持
Monitor wholesaler management process to meet the target
监控并调整经销商管理流程的实施,以达到适应实际情况的目的
Wholesaler refund management and tracking
经销商返利管理、追踪、申请和续约工作
Assist manager in providing support for transshipment issue
配合经理进行流货管理和跟进
Assist manager to improve wholesaler operation performance
协助经理提升经销商的经营管理能力,如经销商卓越项目、BEC、ASM推广及执行
Support BSC to complete wholesaler contract management
协同BSC完成经销商合同管理并确保合同流程按时执行
WEP implementation and management
经销商卓越项目的培训推广
2) FSM实地销售管理模块:
Assist manager in providing training and support for local sales team the SCP, system(STR/SFA/TSVC/EPAD )training.协助经理为销售团队提供销售流程、系统推广(STR/SFA/TSVC/EPAD)的培训和支持
Assist manager to monitor local sales processes监督并协助经理指导当地团队实施实地销售流程
Tracking sales efficiency对销售团队进行销售效率的跟踪
岗位需求
1) Education 教育
Bchelor degree or abovee本科及以上学历
2) Experience 经验
At least 1-2 years of Biz Ops experience
1-2年商务运营经验
3) Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)
