岗位职责：

• Understand and resolve customer-reported issues professionally, accurately, and promptly.

• Become an expert in our products and platform, and fluent in their usage by our customers.

• Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues with Operations, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.

• Support the Sales team with high-potential opportunities to drive revenue growth.

 

 

任职资格：

• Proficient in English, Japanese, and Mandarin

• BS in a technical field.

• Excellent customer-facing written and verbal skills.

• Analytical skills to research and diagnose technical issues.

• Can learn new concepts quickly and think creatively.

• Strong organizational skills.

• 3+ years of work experience

• Financial services background, in particular, financial market data.

• Scripting languages such as Python.

• Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.

• Experience using APIs.
