MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :

To administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins. To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

JOB SPECIFICATION職位要求 :

l Minimum 4 years F&B experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

至少4年餐饮工作经验,且至少担任1年管理岗位

l Demonstrated excellent technical knowledge of restaurant operations.

具有丰富的餐厅营运知识

l Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
