• Database maintenance
  
  - Record order and all relevant project information according to RFQ and Kickoff meeting minutes
  
  -Update project progress according to weekly project meeting and distributed project list to all departments
  
  -Adjustment cost reminder and record in data
  
  -Update actual cost inputted in system
  
  Project support
  
  -Order Received coordination: Handle order from CC and pass on to PM team. Ensure project cost is correctly booked and revenue is timely and correctly recognized according to contract terms with proper supporting documents.
  
  -Make quotation based on latest version of project pre-calc. and submit to approve
  -Review kickoff meeting minutes and upload to data
  
  -Check calculation of pre-cal. (ex. Rate, freight %, etc) and classified cost in data
  
  -Adjust quotation if any changes after kick-off
  
  -Prepare project delivery and invoice plan for every month and work with PMs to reach the NIS target.
  
  - Payment issue tracking before delivery
  
  - Review projects periodically together with project managers, identify project risk, and make sure project delivery on time.
  
  - Working and supporting the project team with forecasting of project costs and analyze monthly project actual financial result vs. forecast and budget.
  
  - Collected important information to report Management for further performances measurement and deviation correction
